Never regret something that once made you smile...

About Me

I am a Christian: a follower of Jesus Christ.
I admittedly screw up every day but am embraced by the grace of my hero and my Savior.
I am who I am... and am very content with that. It's a good place to be.
I'm married to an incredible man and have two amazing kids.
I don't take myself to seriously, everyone else seems to do a pretty good job of that. (they'll figure it out eventually)
I try to be tougher than I actually am.
I love to learn/see/try new things. (there is so much out there)
I get bored easily.
I am a singer/songwriter/musician...not looking to be famous, I just want to do what I love.
I tend to bite off more than I can chew because I have a hard time saying "no".
I am currently working with a couple of radio stations doing production and some on air stuff. Lots of fun!
So here I am now...I have experienced much and lived thus far with not so many regrets.
...just a little taste of the strawberry shortcake that I call life. (i don't want to spoil your appetite)

My Interests

GOD, family/friends, music, radio

I'd like to meet:

no one in particular really. i love people and i realize that everyone i do meet has something interesting about them: their personal achievements, diasters, joys, conflicts, victories, struggles, and attitudes. i enjoy talking with real people that aren't afraid to be real.

Music:

I like music...to listen...to think...to create...

...music that reflects art... not the regurgitated garbage that is so prevalent these days.
music with the passion still intact, not yet removed for the sake of the almighty dollar.
music that bares the soul of its artist and produces beauty out of agony.
music with a story to tell.
music so vivid, so intense that it takes me somewhere other than where i am.
music I can close my eyes to and feel, not just see or hear...

...music I can find sanctuary in.

Television:

House, Ghost Whisperer, Boston Legal, Desperate Housewives, Supernatural

Books:

anything Dekker, CS Lewis, Shel Silverstein for when I'm feeling low, and of course, the Bible.

Heroes:

The only One who is always there, no matter what. Jesus.
