Well, I just recently graduated from college in August. Life has been very different since I am not in school right now-it has taken some time to adjust. Since I've had a little bit of free time on my hands in between job searching, I have realized some things...Life is interesting, it's cliche to say that Life is what YOU make it, but it's so true. You can wake up in the morning and choose to have a good day, or to have a bad one. It's all about your attitude-Attitude is the sole factor that can determine your happiness...with a positive attitude, you can conquer your dreams. "They" say that anything in life worth having is worth fighting for". It's important to spend time with the people you care about. Without face time, I believe people can actually move on without necessarily meaning to. It's only natural, I guess-but like I said earlier, anything in life worth having is worth fighting for. So, my point is not lose sight of what makes you happy, as an individual..."Happiness is not a matter of events; it depends upon the tides of the mind." (Alice Meynell)....anyways, I think I'll get off my soapbox now...
A little bit about me-my plans right now are to go to grad school Aug 09 and get my Masters degree in Human Resources. I plan on doing some sort of HR for a company ultimately--but I finally figured out what I wanted to do "when I grew up", at least that's the plan for now.....
I LOVE ADVENTURE!! and trying new things that I've never done before -I stray away from monotony...
I have many hobbies/passions in life: I LOVE the mountains, PAINTING, the beach, photography, music, chillin w/friends, traveling to exotic places, playing sports-any, table tennis (I've been deemed "The Male Ego Assassinater"lol..anyways, I love camping, Popsicles, SHOES, the weekends, making people laugh, the outdoors, hiking, and mountain biking....I am full of life with an easy going personality, but don't cross me.
The things I don't like are liars, haters, jealousy, empty promises, and politics...Anything else you wanna know-just ask, Let me hear from ya!......................Words to live by (or at least think about): Everything Happens for a Reason... Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there, to serve some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson, or help you figure out who you are or who you want to become. You never know who these people may be, but you lock eyes with them--you know that that very moment they will effect your life in some profound way. Sometimes things happen to you at a time that may seem horrible, painful, & unfair, but in reflection you realize that without overcoming those obstacles, you would have never realized your full potential, strength, will power or heart. Everything happens for a reason. Nothing happens by chance or by means of luck--Illness, love, lost moments of true greatness and sheer stupidity all occur to test limits of your soul. Without these small tests, life would be like a smoothly paved, straight, flat road to nowhere safe & comfortable, but dull and utterly pointless. The people you meet effect your life. The successes and downfalls that you experience can create who you are, and the bad experiences can be learned from. In fact they are probably the most poignant and important ones. If someone loves you, love them back unconditionally-not only because they love you, but also because they are teaching you to love and open your heart and eyes to the little things in life. Make every day count. Appreciate everything that you possibly can, for you may never experience it again. Talk to people whom you have never talked to before, and actually listen. Let yourself fall in love, break free & set your sights high. Hold your head up because you have every right to. Tell yourself you are a great individual and believe in yourself, for if you don't believe in yourself, no one else will. So, create your own life and then go out and live it!!PICS:
