About Me

I have collected all bands mention in my music fields. I had alomost everything on lists and so.The Dolls, Iggy and Sparks bought my brother when I was just 5-7 years old. I listened to them just because they have cool covers. The other was Lou Reed, Status Que etc..My brother was kind of cool guy, with a Ford Mustang -65, long haired and glittered etc like nobody else at the time in Sweden. In school I come in to Kiss for the whole bunch until Dynasty album. I was musically lost for a time. Heard about Iggy and Thunders and remember that I have listened to them earlier. I saw some documentry about Thunders drug problems in 81 or so. Loved the track that they played,(Born To Lose). It was also cool that he was so lost of drugs. (I don..t think that is cool any longer).So I lend my brother albums again and remembered and loved all the songs.So in the summer 83 I saw Johnny Thunders with Hanoi Rocks as starter in Sodertalje Folkets Park (Cosa Nostra Never Sleeps, Boot). Then I saw David Johansen at Grona Lund in Stockholm. I met David later that year, in the old town, when he was going to a signing show. He was very friendly and signed all solo albums. I saw him again at Draken in 84. He took my hat for a while and the show was great. Johnny, Jerry, Syl and Billy was also at Draken that year. I am very glad that I went on that show. Iggy I had to wait for til 86 when he also showed up at Draken..... 1st october 2006 I shook hand with Syl Sylvain at Berns, cool!Anyway!
