DJ and drum-n-bass producer extraordinaire Oscillator, a.k.a. Matthew McKinney, combines the grit of his native Alabama with his advanced education in music to create tunes that are both raw and refined. His first release on Death Brigade Records, “Jigsaw” (alongside collaborators TitanZERO), is a smashing dance-floor stomper that made waves in the underground community long before it was signed.Heavily influenced by percussion, with an early stint as a standout in his high school’s drum line, Oscillator took his passion in another direction, honing his skills at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in music with a concentration in music technology. Not content to rest on those accomplishments, Oscillator is taking things further, pursuing a master’s of science in music technology from Indiana University and Perdue University at Indianapolis.His roots in drum-n-bass began at the first exposure to the sound in the late 1990s. In 1999, Oscillator dove headfirst into DJ’ing and soon thereafter into the technical world of production in 2000. In 2001 he teamed up with Fear, who later became his partner in pushing the distinct sound of their project, NerveAgent Recordings.By 2006 he had caught the ear of the Phoenix-based, globally affiliated MicroTerrorizum crew, sponsored by Wax Museum clothing, and joined the impressive roster of some of the hardest-hitting, darkest collaborative monsters around. With more tunes waiting in the wings, Oscillator is ready to show the world the rest of the tricks up his sleeve.

Pittsburgh, PA born, now residing in Atlanta, GA Filcher is bringing freshness to every project he has his hands in. Ever since attending his first party in 1995, Dave B aka: Filcher fell in love with the electronic dance music scene. From attending every possible event in the north east to eventually throwing his own, Filcher has had his hand in about every aspect of the culture. Ever since purchusing his first vinyl record in 1996, his daily dedication to learning the art of djing and music production has been unmatched by anything else in his life. With 10+ years behind the decks, and 2 in the studio, every live performance is filled with emotion and energy, a true testimony to the dedication and passion this artist has for the vibe of the crowd. With affiliations Subsurface Productions (pittsburgh, pa) and record label Nerve Agent Recordings, Filcher refuses to stay stagnant. "Always push forward and turn heads" being his motto, a sure crowd pleaser for all that have a passion for Drum N Bass or electronic music as a whole.

Logam’s musical and creative evolution displays both a fascination and passion for sound in many diverse aspects. Coupled with an unyielding desire for a medium in which to channel his ideas and talents, Logam draws from his eclectic palette of interests and an electronic arsenal of software; including, Cubase SX 3, Reason 4, Wavelab 5, and Vegas Video 4. From here, his compositions begin to take on a life of their own and become the subject of intense personal scrutiny, where no detail, however small, is deemed insignificant. At the age of 12, Logam began playing guitar. Receiving little formal training, his musical education consisted mainly of teaching himself the riffs to the various genres of metal songs that served as his inspiration. In late 1994, at the astonishingly young age of 15, Logam formed the death metal powerhouse Unblessed. Serving as lead guitarist, songwriter and vocalist for the four piece outfit, the band soon became a staple of the Atlanta black/death metal scene. Logam’s musical and creative progression did not evolve by chance. His continuing journey can be credited in part to an innate, hard wired form of artistic natural selection that drives his compositions and sets him apart from other musicians. Upon being asked what the meaning of life is, Logam casually and matter-of-factly responds, “To make music.” For him, this has become a personal obligation, not an option.

DJing since the turn of the century Erik Mehlich aka Technician has progressed with sound of Drum and Bass. Starting along with co-founder ShattaProof and Jamez, Allied Rukus was formed in early 2002 as a 3 man DJ crew from eastern N.C. Gaining momentum over time the crew brought in fresh talent from all over the east coast to create a solid crew dabbling in everything from promotions to production. I since however have moved down to Atlanta and recently joined forces with the likes of Oscillator and Nerve Agent Recordings. Putting out tracks under the alias The Breed Atlanta's newest DnB collective comprising of Scourge, Jason K, and myself.
