Having purchased his first set of turntables 10 years ago at the age of 14, Paul started playing Techno Style Trance and Gabba Techno, with his first gigs coming in Bradford at the age of 17, playing his musical style with scratching and accapella samples over the top to enhance the gigs, keeping people guessing and entertain Paul himself.
By the time Paul moved to Manchester to start university he had played out a few times but had decided not to play for a while to finish his A levels. Now Paul was in Manchester and before long he had his first taste of Hard House, instantly deciding to collect his turntables from Bradford, buy some Hard House records and start to add his style to Hard House. A few weeks after starting to play Hard House Paul handed a demo CD in at Club North and in the week that followed Paul had been asked to play the next weekend as a trial, only to go to a night mid week at the club and one of the DJs booked not to turn up, Paul went and got his records, played his first Hard House set and had his first residency.
After playing at Club North, other promoters picked Paul up to play for at their nights, seeing Paul hold residencies for Addiction, Bedlam and Housewives Choice, and play for nights such as Sundissential, Good Greef, Zoolo, The Street, Area 51, Synergy, 2Klub and many others.
During his time playing at these residencies Paul started to produce his own tracks and play them in his sets getting a good reception. However with no tracks being sent to any labels they where never released. Paul is now working on finishing a few new tracks and sending them hopefully to have some signed and released in the near future.
Having spent that last few years out after finishing university and trying the 9-5 lifestyle Paul is ready to use his skills to the best effect and let like minded people who like what he does listen to his style of musical entertainment, quality Hard House, Hard Trance and Hard Dance, with accapella samples, scratching, cross fader tricks and an any goes if it works policy.
