Just so general info, these girls originally auditioned on a TV show called "Uta Star" which is an American Idol like show. you sing for 30 seconds in front of producers/"hit makers" (FACE 2 FAKE and Yonekura Toshinori are regulars). It the producers like you they`ll let you audition if front of the big heads at companies like AVEX. The girls has auditioned to be solo singers, but FACE 2 FAKE chose to put the girls together because they wanted to make a Japanese version of "Destiny`s Child" (LOL they mentioned this a ton of times). The girls sounded bad together at first (you could tell they were really uncomfortable as a group) but they seem to be doing better now.
