My name's Mystery. I'm a dubstep & drum n bass dj and promoter from Exeter. The man behind the Breaksphere nights (if u don't know, get to know!). I've been djing for about 4 years now, playing on radio shows, at house parties, free parties and clubs. I mix all styles of dubstep & dnb. Since co-founding Exeter Uni's Beats and Bass Society and running some big nights @ Amber Rooms and The Cavern, I became a resident on the South West's leading dnb night, Rinseout. I've since set up my own night, Breaksphere. The Breaksphere nights are unique and pioneering, bringing the finest in dubstep, grime, hiphop, drum and bass, jungle and breaks. Following the success of its opening night, when Hazard smashed it @ The Hub, Breaksphere hosted the South West's 1st ever dubstep night (this side of Bristol) in January 07 , featuring the legendary Dj Skream. Since then... Youngsta, N Type, Pinch, Chef, Appleblim, Shackelton, Headhunter and more of the scene's finest djs/producers have blessed the Hub's decks, helping to push Exeter's scene forward. Taxman's first visit to Exeter went off, and the sweaty sell out crowd when Clipz came down confirmed Breaksphere as an up and coming force in the local dnb scene. Last July also saw Exeter's first ever Producers On Decks night dedicated to local producers pushing out their own music. Look out for more to come...
