Dj-Side.............The Dutchman, Michel Diederiks alias Central Seven,
began his career as a deejay when he was 17 years old,
working in a commercial all-round club in Holland.
After 3 years playing there, he found himself a new
working-place in one of the trendiest clubs in Holland.
He played there every weekend, until an Englishman,
who started a new club in Germany, asked him to be his
resident deejay. He moved to Germany and played in
The Pleasuredome for nearly 9 years. Finally in 2002 he
found himself a different club, known as the oldest
Techno club in Germany ; Bambu. His music-style can
be described as handsup Party-Techno. With show elements
like the burning turntables, he will amaze the crowd.
In Germany he got the nickname of The party animal and
anyone who has seen C7 playing knows why. Because
of his success as a producer, Michel plays a lot in other
countries and cities like in St. Petersburg, Hong Kong,
Singapore and Melbourne (Australia). This year Japan
and Indonesia are on his schedule. Besides his approx.
130 gigs a year, you can meet him in "Newbambu"
(Neustadt-Holstein, Germany), Kinki Palace (Sinsheim),
where he nowadays works as a resident deejay.
Producer / Label side........
In 1997 he released under the name of "Central Seven a
track called The opera, which has been compiled on
over more than 5 million copies. Also the Follow up
single became a mega success. "The God of house" was
a track, nearly every deejay used for the opening of their
house-round.
The 5th song under the name Central Seven, called
"Missing", finally entered the German sales-charts in
the year 2000. This is where it really kicked off.
He produced & remixed about 20 to 25 songs every year
for many different projects a.o. big names like; Cascada,
Akira, Cuba Club, Crew 7, Gigi Dagostino, Klubbheads,
Special D, Charly Lownoise & Mental Theo and
Urban Cookie Collective.
His last single Neverland released in March 2006 proved
Central Seven is back more than ever. The new single is
planned for January 2007 and is called "If I were you"
Bides his productions, he grounded in the beginning
of 2004, one of the fastest growing independent dance
labels in Germany called Andorfine Music, with several
hits from Cascada (Miracle / Bad Boy, Everytime we touch),
Deep.Spirit (Lonely, No cover song), Aycan
(Devil in disguise / Lambada), Beatheadz (Razzia),
Akira (Piece of heaven, Million miles from home),
Stonie (Torn), MaBra - (Cursed destiny) and United Beats (Por que no).
