UPRAW are simply Heavy. Since their humble beginnings, UPRAW have come a long way and seen a lot of hard times. But with each obstacle, they rose to the challenge and came out better and more determined than ever to bring their brand of metal to the masses. A brand that shows only the cold, hard truth in all it's furious glory, without dressing it up.
The drummer who is more machine than man; the bassist who pounds out the dark tones; the Shredder, guitars both lead and rhythm; the vocalist well-versed in the Hellish arts; these are the members of UPRAW. And when they are together, they create what they feel. Their vision of music. Their artfom. Each new piece different from the last, adding something more. Something personal. Passionate. Real. Total, unmitigated metal in it's purest form.
By 2009, UPRAW will unleash their greatest, most full and complete recording yet. Their debut album TORMENT, which will mark the high point of all they have achieved thus far. A collaboration that spans the entire lifetime of the band known as UPRAW. The future will be busy for UPRAW as they work on giving the Raw Collective what they want when they come to see them live.
