I cannot be defined in terms of who I am, because I have the power to change what I shall become.

About Me

Your Personality Is Like Acid
A bit wacky, you're very difficult to predict.
One moment you're in your own little happy universe...
And the next, you're on a bad trip to your own personal hell! What Drug Is Your Personality Like?

If I were a Dead Russian Composer, I would be Sergei Prokofyev.

I was born in the late 19th century and was a child prodigy, composing at a very young age. I kept this talent up, earning myself quite a name and fully exploiting the bragging rights. I was disliked by Stalin, however, and I died the same day he did. My most famous work is "Peter and the Wolf."

My Interests

"We do ten takes: a slow one, a long one, a fast one, a funny one-that's the way rock 'n' roll was made." Joe Strummer

I'd like to meet:

Plato.

Music:

the clash is the only band that mattered. i like the pixies, and SPOON, nirvana is up there. red hot chili peppers can fit in at any time. jefferson airplane, sex pistols...though that is more for their gumption than their actual choice of riffs. woody guthrie, arlo guthrie, joe strummer as himself, incubus, and there is nothing, i repeat nothing like jamming to some gin blossoms when you've had a rough time. rufus wainwright...he reminds me of raph. i don't know i don't want to just list names...how can you list feelings?

Movies:

oh, goodness. there are lots. East of Eden. All About Eve. Some Like it Hot. I love Steve McQueen. I love the Boondock Saints. Stranger than Fiction. Anchorman...Jim Carrey is great; Fun With Dick and Jane. jackass is good for a laugh. what's eating gilbert grape? scent of a woman. Monsters, Inc. Mulholland Dr.

Television:

okay, the cowbell/Blue Oyster Cult skit with Will Farrell and C. Walken from SNL...and do you remember when David Spade pretended he was Tom Petty? the BEST ever.

Books:

Crome Yellow. East of Eden. Shakespeare. Vonnegut. Krakauer. Kaysen. Sarte. Nietzsche. Plato. Joe Strummer, though he didn't write books, but he mastered the art of words, so I think he fits.

Heroes:

James Dean, Caesar, Danae in Non Sequitur; she's great.
