Antoinette has been rescuing horses and other equine since 1998. "Her" rescue is the United States Equine Sanctuary & Rescue (www.usesr.org)and it is headquartered in Bridgeport, TEXAS, immediately north of Fort Worth. They are entirely funded by the general public and donations are tax deductible.USESR rescues abused, neglected, abandoned, & slaughter-bound equine. They come to our Headquarters, which serves as our Intake Foster Care Facility. There, horses are evaluated for training & disposition so that they can be placed in an appropriate foster or adoptive home. The animals are vetted, trimmed, vaccinated, wormed, groomed, photographed, and a bio is created for the main website. Fresh from the New Orleans Punk Scene emerged the infamous Mod Rock Band from the south. The single featured here is a rare collectors item going for over $150 in England and Europe. The Numbers single had much success in Europe but only one member (Shawn Gwin) was able to make it overseas to form the band 5:30 which later (after Shawn's work visa expired) became one of England's most promising new comers primarily on the power of one of Shawn's songs called Catcher and the Rye. The Numbers history included concerts at the World's Fair hosted by New Orleans, Jimmy's music club and many more. While Shawn was in England the other Numbers Rocky LoCicero and Mark Clayton formed an experimental Pop Rock/R&B/Hip Hop band called Private Joy which lasted from 1984 through 1986.
