In 1993 I put together a band called Shy Tiger we had two releases the first was an eight song demo called Tails Out.The second release was a ten song cd called Feed The Kitty it was released by Sunnyvale indie label Suspect Records. The 90's were pretty tough on bands like us with all the grunge alternative bullshit that was going on but we didn't care we stayed true to music we liked playing we basically said fuck off if you dont like it,and in some ways I think it payed off for us being who we were.We opened for bands that we grew up listening to in the 80's like Bon Jovi,Firehouse,Night Ranger,Y&T and Ace Freley to name a few.Well I guess Firehouse didn't come out til 91 but you know what I mean.In 1999 we began recording a new album called "In for the thrill"before we released it we decided to try and get a fresh start for 2000 and changed our name to Anatomic, that was a cool time it felt new again so we played a ton of shows the next couple of years and well that brings us to now I am currently working on a new cd with Johnny Rowland(Anatomic/ShyTiger)guitar player we hope to have it completed by spring.I also do a tribute to Motley Crue called Crucial Crue so that keeps the chops up until I get back out there with Anatomic or ya never no we could bring back Shy Tiger we'll see.
