About Me

I'm a 44 year old male, who spends most of his time working in conservation. I've spent the last 10 years re-educating myself and working with bird colonies and such-like. I spent 6 summers working with seabirds, divers, (loons to the Americans), Merlin.I have lived in Leicester, Cumbria, Mallorca, West Cork, (Ireland). I now live in Banagher in Ireland, working with corncrakes. I move about from year to year looking for the next good contract. I like the lifestyle generally, especially messing around in dinghy's, climbing sea-cliffs and suchlike. The lifestyle isn't really suitable for long-term relationships, which is a shame, but maybe I'll get a good long-term contract soon. In the meantime I get a good healthy lifestyle out in the meadows...... Oh, nearly forgot, I tend to foster things. I raised and released a thrush this year..... see the pics....I want a boat. I'm really hoping for a good contract, near the coast with enough money for me to be able to afford a boat. Did I mention the boat, I'm hoping to get one soon....I've just started to put photos elsewherewww.flickr.com/photos/davycrex....
