Epitome Of Frail was founded in spring 2001 and plays a powerful mix between metal/death metal and hardcore.
After playing some local shows, they recorded their first mini cd °°THE ART OF BEING FRAIL°° in 2004.
In 2005 they recruited a second guitar player and entered the studio again to record their first album °°Epitome Of Frail - APOCALYPSE°°.
After that they played tons of shows all across South Germany with outstanding bands like KORDED, CATARACT, BORN FROM PAIN, DIECAST, NAPALM DEATH, SWORN ENEMY, MOST PRECIOUS BLOOD, TURMOIL, FALL OF SERENITY and the almighty HATEBREED !!!
In spring 2007 they recorded their third album °°LEAVING THE PAST BEHIND" which entered position 2 on the www.laut.de metal charts and stayed there for over 2 months!!!
With every show the band established °°EPITOME°° more and more as a monster-moshing-and-completely-outstanding live act!
After some heavy internal problems the band decided to split up and seeking for new guitar players and a new drummer! In 2008 the band is back again and starts another crusade to show the world what METAL is about!!!
