Travis Akers has always held a deep rooted passion for music, both as a singer-songwriter and performer. Originally from Florence, SC and now residing in Jacksonville, FL, "t.A.", Travis has taken his solo pop punk acoustic project, Chasing Yesterday, and has completely revamped his music with a full band. The newly updated, loud and electric Chasing Yesterday, features tA (Vox/Guitar), Jon Simmons(Drums), Cainnon Gregg(Synth/ Vox), and Shaine (Bass). This 5-piece melodic powerpop eargasim will be in the rotation of ipods and playlist everywhere before the end of 2008. Chasing Yesterday will be releasing a 5 song EP this spring.
