My goal is... I'd like a career of something.

About Me

I am a Dallas, TX-based singer/songwriter and keyboard player. The songs being played are from a 6-song EP that I released in 2004, called "More Than A Day's Work." The CD has been compared to XTC, Neil Finn, Todd Rundgren, post 1990's Tears For Fears, Brian Wilson and The Beatles. Currently I'm writing/demoing material for a full-length CD--the new goal for recording and release is 2008. Plans are for it to be a 10 to 12 song release. I've been writing alone and collaborating with Aaron Kelley and Don Moore

"More Than A Day's Work" can be purchased at CD Baby and iTunes. You can find it on other sources, but these are the most accessible. You can also purchase through this My Space page.

Currently I play in and co-run a band called Reality Bites and play fairly regularly with local country singer Derek Sholl . In the past I've played with Tropix, Groove Posse (now defunct) and Random Axis Band. I also freelance around the Dallas area doing a variety of Pop, Rock, Jazz and Country gigs. When I'm not doing that, I run a very small Finale copywork outfit called Sonic Score , providing lead sheets and other charts (full scores and extracted parts, pieces for solo instrument and accompaniment, etc.) for bands and musicians. Lately my work has been for churches providing lead sheets for their weekly services.

Other info: I've been married for the past two years to an amazing and beautiful woman. Also, check out the Kota Kows link below (it has a little something to do with me).
