My Interests

I spend a lot of time on the internet where I have numerous projects that I work on each day. I also enjoy writing and photography. I love sports, particularly football and baseball. Other than that, I love going to church where I am active in the Episcopal Church among other activities. I just recently earned my license as a Lay Eucharistic Minister. I am also a member of Rotary International civic club.

I'd like to meet:

I have already met the love of my life. Her name is Emily and we got married May 27, 2006. She is a beatiful and wonderfully talented professional musician with the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra.

Music:

I love rock and roll, easy listening, country, classical and some religious hymns. Pretty much anything except rap, although some rap songs have not been too bad for me. Some of my favorite bands and solo artists include Boston, Aerosmith, Van Halen, ACDC, The Police, CCR, Alabama, Shania Twain, Phil Collins and many others. My favorite classical piece is Joyful, Joyful by Beethoven.

Movies:

I love Dead Poets Society, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Office Space, Walk the Line.. I like science fiction like Star Trek and Star Wars, but also I like action movies like Terminator and Die Hard. I love comedies like American Pie. I also like some horror movies that aren't too stupid.

Television:

I like sci-fi and action shows, but also legal-oriented and comedy. I love Boston Legal, CSI, Law and Order SVU, Grey's Anatomy. I also love some classics like MASH. My favorite shows growing up included Knight Rider, the A-Team and Miami Vice.

Books:

Unfortunately I don't have as much time to read as much as I'd like. I have a bunch of books here that I have never even cracked that have followed me around as I moved. I have read John Grisham's stuff, though.

Heroes:

My dad is my number one hero. He has always been my best friend through thick and thin. We may not always agree on everything (who does) but I have always valued his advice. My mom is kinda tied with Dad. She is the best teacher I have ever known and has taught me not only in high school as my math teacher but alot about life. My other hero is my wife Emily. There are few words that can properly do her justice. She has worked hard and earned her place as a wonderfully talented professional cellist. She is also a beautiful and wonderful person inside and out in so many ways. I love her very much!

My Blog
