It's all about the Rougeberry baby

About Me

Howdy.
Staying Alive is MTV’s global HIV and AIDS initiative for young people. Sounds a bit dull, but it’s anything but. It’s all about sex, sex, sex, and more sex. Oh and occasionally injecting drug use. We want to get the HIV awareness message out to as many people as possible – without being all preachy about it.
If you remember one thing from your lil visit to our page, make it this: when doing that thing that you see on the Discovery Channel - USE A CONDOM!!
Not convinced? Here’s a bit of ‘geeeees, really?!’ fact for you… Every 6 seconds someone is infected with HIV, that’s 600 people an hour and a massive 14,400 people a day. We don't like this figure - and imagine most people don't... this is why we want everyone to sex it up safely.
Right now we’ve teamed up with The Body Shop to create a frankly fantastic new perfume – it’s called Rougeberry and is in a Body Shop store near you now. It’s part of a big awareness campaign called Spray To Change Attitudes. By buying a bottle you’ll be making a sizeable contribution to the Staying Alive Foundation – the bit of our campaign that supports grass roots HIV and AIDS awareness issues.
You can also, thanks to The Body Shop, bid for a rather smart piece of art by ace graffiti artist Sarah Howell.
Check out our website www.staying-alive.org and see - in more detail - what we’re all about.
