Baresine started singing when she was only five years old by participating in various singing festivals and taking part in different television children programmes on local television stations. At the age of fourteen, she commenced singing lessons and vocal training at one of Malta’s renowned vocal trainers.After two years, in 2003, Baresine teamed up with Freetime Productions and started work on her first debut single I’m Out, which was launched in Malta in July 2003. The launch was a big event for Baresine and her team. The best local radio deejays were present for the launch of her single and video. I’m Out was immediately on the playlist of all the radio stations. As a follow up to her success with the launch of her first single, Baresine started working with Freetime Productions on her second track Watch This that also made it to the charts of Malta’s leading radio stationsBy mid-2004, Baresine had already established herself as one of Malta’s leading RnB singers on the island. In fact she pursued her career by launching yet another hit single Feedback which she herself wrote the lyrics. During the year, Baresine was guest singer at the Song for Europe festival which is one of the main festivals and viewed by everyone on the island.Baresine by then was being invited to major events on the island as a main singer including the Malta Fashion Awards, the MTV Summer Dance Party whereby a number of foreign artists were also present and was also requested and invited on television programmes with a high number of viewership. In 2005, Baresine was nominated as Best New Comer and Best Song (Watch This) for the Bay Music Awards. The success Baresine achieved during the years, made way to being invited to open a concert held in Malta in 2005 by Sholama, an international renowned RnB singer.By the beginning of 2006, Baresine had a crowd of fans following her singing career and supporting her at every event she was invited to. Invitations were on the increase. News reporters were also following her career and interviews on newspapers and magazines were also published.In summer 2006, Baresine launched another hit single Liar, with music producted at the studios of Freetime Productions and the lyrics written by herself. Liar, like all the other tracks, was a hit in the RnB charts of the local radio stations.In July 2006, Baresine decided to pursue her singing career in the United States There she was chosen by Donavan Knowles for his artist boot camp. The experience she gained during the trip gave Baresine courage to highly develop her career and look forward to more awarding achievements.Baresine is also nominated for the Best Song at the Bay Music Awards which will be held in mid-December.Baresine is currently working with her team on a new single Get Up and the mini-album containing six tracks she will soon be launching for the local scene.In April 2007, Baresine will be heading once again to the United States to advance her singing career and tap international markets with her professional and promising music singing talenta
