Born in Dallas, raised in Louisiana. Camille L. Blouin grew up in a single parent home in low class/middle class housing. When her parents got a divorce she moved to Louisiana with her mother Sharon, leaving her brothers and sisters on her dads side behind. She needed a way to express herself, so she began to write. She started writing at age seven, and rapping at age eleven. She started off writing poems, short stories, drawing and raps. Being that it was just her and her mother, her mother had to work most of the time, so she developed an imagination of her own by cutting pictures of people out of magazines and performing in front of them like it was her own concert. She also use to act like a radio personal by recording herself on her tape player.By age eleven the passion for music grew, when she started a female rap group in Jr. High. The group fell apart, because of departure of friendship. When she moved to Baker, LA she started another female rap group in the eight grade. The group was together for quiet some time, meaning that a member drop out each year, leaving Camille by herself by her eleventh grade year. With all the members and friends going, at that point she had to ask herself is it worth it. She started auditioning for school talent shows, to show everDONOTBLOCKOURADSybody that she can really rap. She tried the group thing once more, but they back out at the day of the show. Camille did the show by herself showing that nothing can stop her. The show came out to be a huge success for her, and she became a school star. People could not believe that it was her rapping and dancing, because she was so soft spoken and mostly to herself. By this time she developed skills for the music business, producing, writing, recording, and created a great stage presents. She kept on doing what she had the passion for, she drop the basketball and pick up the mic. By age eighteen she meet her dad and her brothers and sisters that she never met before. She relocated with her dad to find out where she came from and to proceed on with her music career. Currently she is waiting on a recording deal. She says when people hear her music they cant believe that it is her, and that a fe-male came up with the material. Her dreams are becoming a top selling rapper, building up low-class communities, owning her own record label, and bringing piece, religion, hope, back into people lives and Hip-Hop. At this point there is no turning away from music she says !!!
