J.Minor has been involved with music since the age of 3. He has done everything from learning how to play the piano, to singing in the church choir. Always searching for a better ways to express himself, in early 2004 he finally got the opportunity. Forming a rap group with Phyreproof and Sideshow they founding the group called Unuzual Fellaz.
Born in Montgomery County better known as Clarksville, Tennessee in 1979. He moved to Cincinnati, Ohio in 1982 with his mother. The move was for the cancer treatment his mother need for her breast cancer. unfortunately the cancer claim her life in october of 88 and his was forced to move back to 9.3.1. There he finish high school and graduated to bigger and better things.
After going to college in Memphis, he moved to Tampa Bay in late 2003. Building new alliances with Phyreproof and Sideshow, music became the best man made drug. The group went on to win many talent shows within the Tampa Bay area, where the got notice by the local radio D.J. Tony Montana of the "Shut'em Down Squad" 88.5 f.m. Who gave the group their first radio air play.
Since then the group is still in affiliation but have seperated to pursue solo projects. Currently J.Minor is in Tucson, Arizona working on the much anticipated "The Life of a Reckless Minor" with production being done by Yung Phoenix aka "Bookie" of Bassman Ent. Due to be released by fall of 2008.
