Sounds Like: After a great love for the best from Brazil, Bossa Nova, Vinicius, Joao Gilberto, Fernanda Abreu, Jorge Benjor, Djavan, Marisa Monte..., sorry if I don't mention everyone, my primary influences on underground scene were based on many clubbing nights that Ive been to in the best clubs in Brazil..Always wanted to be a singer (to be honest, I still do)..I mustn't forget mentioning that I have a big respect for Latrice Barnet & Lisa Shaw..two goddesses with their incredible voices..and their excellent work with Miguel Migs and Jay-J..a bit of trance, progressive rock, instrumental...and for sure the never old happy deephouse aswell...In 2001 I came to London aiming at getting a degree on Social Policy.., then I met Each, whose love & knowledge about music (& wine) just made me feel like working with him..So I became his PR and later, co-owner of Bay St.. Also I had two vocal participations on BS 001..New vocal projects are underway for 2007..My degree?? No, I didn't leave it aside, not for too long.. Finally I am on my third year now..hopefully I'll do my masters this year and then I'll blend it with music somehow (as I've done it already with Control Arms Campaign, Dj Each in night clubs worldwide, bringing awareness to clubbers about the indiscriminated proliferation of small arms & its related issues)..Now I keep myself busy with uni studies & work, AKA & The Endclub's Superfreq and Clandestino nights PR activities, Bay St. management..TUC workplacement..ufa..almost no day off..but I love it like this..otherwise I have more free time to get disappointed with all this mess that we see everyday within the international policy & trade unfair affaire, which always puts profit before people & environment..& a thirsty cruel oil race..well, well, well..I know I know..I'm becaming boring now..but, anyway...To talk more about me in terms of music, it's better talking about Each, the music brain behind Bay Street Recordings, who influenced me the most..I think he deserves a special attention like a few other great Dj & producers in the world; also for his fine taste specifically for music, for wine and for the trustworthy friend & modest person that he is.Each, 27, French, London based, started his career in the late 90s, and originally crafted soulful, jazzy house sets with big helpings of electro-funk & a sexy, deep San Francisco vibe, ranging from fresh sounds like labels such as Dessous-recordings, Large, NRK, Moulton Studios, CHEZ and Naked Music, and artists such as Kaskade, Miguel Migs, Jay-J, Dj T & Chicken Lips.His sets go from artists such as King Roc, Robert Babicz, Blackstrobe, Martinez, Vincenzo, Jussi Pekka, Pablo Bolivar, Reynold, Sian & Poker Flat, a truly amazing selection of underground quality sound to rock dancefloors.Moving up to London in 2000, many house parties had Each as a special guest & from there he's been around playing at Rhythm Factory, Babuska, Notting Hill Arts Club, once with Aswefall from Kill the Dj and Daphonics/Paris & another time with Mr. Sushi & the Brazilians Oscar Bueno & Magal, The Pool Bar with Vincenzo (aka Satin Souls), The Egg (with Chris Coco, Andy-Inland Knights, Dave Mothersole & Amalgamation of Soundz), Blag Club & others.Abroad, Each's done impressive mixes at Le Triptyque/Paris (with Magal & Perfect Loosers), Nouveau Casino/Paris (with Tarlouf, Ben Men & Oscar Bueno), Sub Club in Glasgow, City Hall & Macarena in Barcelona, in Berlin at Sternradio, in Treviso/Italy, at a summer party Domingo do Brazil & at Shindy Club, Fellini & many others.In Brazil Each played at the best clubs such as D-Edge, Love Club, Dama de Ferro, Fosfobox, The House Club, Spin Club, Atlantida Music Festival, Vegas, Neo Club, etc.
