I am a California native, but left my home state in 2004 to retire here in Pahrump, NV. I love it here. Hubby and I have been married for 33+ years and still going strong. We have one daughter and I have a son David from my high school sweetheart and previous marriage, but still No grandkids as of yet. :>( This is why I spend alot of my retired time collecting dolls and making and designing clothes for the large artist dolls "pictures on my "Blog" if your interested in seeing some of them. :>) I do this when I am not in Calif. seeing and doing things for my beloved elderly mother. My beloved father passed a way in Dec. 2005 with colon cancer and I am a survivor of colon cancer... now free of it for 29 years. Phrase the Lord for my recovery as it was in the advanced stages. Why I survived to this day I do not know only God knows that. I raised persian kittens for over 10 years when I was living in Calif. It was a passion of mine and not for money. Several of my babies reside with the Riverside Sheriffs. Lacy Lady is the last of my breeders she is 17 years old this year 2008 and she is the love of our lives. I stopped breeding in 1995 and still miss it today.God Bless and keep our Veterans safe until they can return home. Hope all of you have a healthy, prosperous and great NEW YEAR 2008. :>)
