About Me

I am a polythesist. I am a loyal friend but can also be a demanding one at times. I am working on this. I believe we have to make the most of the life and time we are given. I believe we need to enjoy each day to it's fullest and try to break all of our previous notions and live life the best we can on our own terms and with our convictions. In the end no matter what higher power you believe or don't believe in I believe we have to face ourself which is the hardest thing to do. I believe in trying new things and that we should learn to appreciate those in our life more and more each day while we have them there. I believe that the three greatest values one can have is loyalty, faith and persistance. I believe we all have two sides, a light side and a dark side and that only by embracing both can we truly understand ourselves and accept others without conviction to their believes and lifes. I believe you should keep at least some of your friends throughout your life, I have had some of mine for close to 30 years. I am talking about true friends those who will understand what you want to hear but still tell you what you need to hear. I believe that no matter what we get that is bad in our life that we do live in a cosmic world where call it karma or whatever you like will come back to us. We take the bad with the good and I believe it will at least equal out in the end even though we may not believe in it at the time. I also believe in true love although I haven't found it yet and may not in this lifetime. I believe that poetry is found not only in words but in ideas, visions, music and within laughter of children. The biggest thing is that I do believe.

If you are open then you may leave your conversation with them knowing something knew and if you are lucky you may can even enlighten them as well. Famous people-- Hugh Hefner and Madonna. Famous people no longer alive-- I would want to meet John Oliver Polidori, George Gordon (Lord Byron) and Jim Morrison. They each lived life on their own terms which is rare. I have to say I think I would also like to meet a few people I read about--Anita,Jean-Claude,Asher,Micah, Nathanial and Jason along with Chyna, Ruby and the rest of the Pecan Springs gang. Lestat,Armand,Louis,David,Maharet,Merrick, Jessie and the entire gang there. Sookie, Eric, and the entire crew there. I am lucky that I have already met many people who I wanted to meet and are now friends. I hope to meet more new friends soon. John Douglas, Kathy Reichs, Micael Baden, Linda Kenney, Nancy Atherton, Susan Albert, Charlaine Harris, Joanne Harris, Jonathan Stroud, Dean James,Carlos Mencia, Rodney Carrington and many others who I have already met ispire me and have given me a good education in many different areas.

Buried at PhotoCasketAll music but only some rap. I am finding new favorites in alternative and gothic. Why get caught up with limiting yourself to one thing or title. I believe that songs serve as the background for our lifes and most things and events in our life we can relate to a song. If it is for dancing I have to go with Salsa or Ballroom. I believe in listening to all and learning to appreciate the different artists but I believe ultimately listentng to the music that touches your heart.Favorite Song of the Moment--Ss Good as I Once Was--Toby Keith. Movies:

Scary movies with characters like Jason and Freddy may make me jump but do not bother me later. It is the ones like Silence of the Lambs that keep me up at night. A fan of Monty Python and Mel Brooks. My favorite movies are Haunted Summer,Dangerous Beauty and 9 1/2 weeks.

Rowling. I collect First Edition personalized Autographed copies. I have about a hundred of those and many of the authors above I have all of their books. I have to admit I wish I could find and afford a first edition of Hounds of the Baskervilles by Sir Author Conan Doyle and Mousetrap by Agatha Christie. Not personalized of course.

Famous people alive--Hugh Hefner and Lauren Bacall.Famous people no longer alive-- Errol Flynn,Lord Byron and both of the Shelleys. I have a respect for anyone who believes in their life, lives it that way and makes no excuses.Each of these people lived their life on their own terms as much as humanly possible and were able to achieve at least some of their goals although in many of the cases, they lived short lives.I have always admired Audrey Hepurn and would like to be more like her. I would have liked to danced with Fred Astair and Gene Kelly. I would have liked to know JFK Jr. and Princess Diana because they became symbols of my generation.
