DISCO CITY IS:

Chris Burns & Andrew Field-Pickering AKA Maxmillion Dunbar


We play top serious music for the discotheque together at our party, "DISCO CITY." This started out originally as a weekly Wednesday night at Cosmo in the Summer of 2006, but then moved to Bourbon in the winter. We currently hold throne on a monthly basis at the Rock N Roll Hotel.
Our parties are tough work, since we get paid to get drunk and get live playing old funk, boogie, disco, and House records. Some new gems are usually thrown in for good measure as well.
While Maxmillion Dunbar pursues his other project, avant-garde hip-hop supergroup FOOD FOR ANIMALS , Chris plays deep house and classics at various venues and residencies throughout the DC area on a weekly basis. Check the calendar to see where he'll be at next.PARTIES:
