I was born in Warren, PA but spent most of my life growing up in Uniontown, PA. Went to a Catholic high school(Geibel) and went on to Point Park College in Pittsburgh. I got my BA in Dance and graduated a year early in Spring 2000. Danced in over 30 works of faculty, student, and guest artists while at Point Park and was awarded Outstanding Senior by the dance faculty. Spent my college summers working at Walt Disney World in FL. Yes at one time I was a Kid of the Kingdom! After college I moved to NYC to dance with the Parsons Dance Company. I danced with them 3 years touring the world and performing David Parsons signature solo Caught. Its the one with the strobe light that looks like you are flying. While I was with Parsons I was awarded a 2004 Princess Grace Award.(www.pgfusa.com) Check out the website it will explain it better. It is still a nice honor. I left Parsons to perform on Broadway in Twyla Tharp and Billy Joel's Movin' Out(Eddie/ensemble swing). There may never be another show with quite so many memories or opportunities. Next I went to work on Tharp and Bob Dylan's The Times They Are A Changin'. That didn't last to long. Ive spent this past Spring freelancing and performing with Lar Lubovitch Dance Company for its 39th season in NYC. I also performed in NYC with Battleworks Dance Company and dreDance(Artistic Director's Andrew Palermo and Taye Diggs, yes the actor Taye Diggs). I have had the opportunity to perform across the country as a guest artist for such events as the USA International Ballet Competition, Youth America Grand Prix, and American Choreography Awards. You may have also seen me on the covers of Dance Magazine, Dance Spirit Magazine, and Food Arts Magazine. I was also featured in Lois Greenfield's Breaking Bounds calendars for 04,05,06.
