Well, not really, but close. I have lived in Belgium. My background is that I am British and American with an ethnic heritage of English, Scottish, German, French, and Russian. I speak English, French, German, Dutch and a smattering of a load of other languages. I am probably more a Belgian-German in temperament, defintely more Euro than Yank, but you know how stupid these quizzes are.
I am beginning to realise that Zionist (This means people who support a Jewish "homeland" and they can be either Jewish or Christian) are responsible for a serious mess in the Holy Land. I place the blame on the Christian Zionists since they support Israel in the hope that it will be destroyed as a sign of the mosiach's return. Well, and the Jewish Zionists who are willing to accept anyones help in protecting their domaine.
I believe in freedom of religion, in particular that government has no right in people's personal ethical choices. That means I support gay marriage, the right of reproductive choice, no government involvement or entanglement with religion. Unless, you want to make Charedi Judaism the official state religion!
I am a strong believer in protecting the rights of the underdog.

My Interests

Seeing sane gun laws enacted in the USA, art of all sorts, films with subtitles, and caring about the environment.

Anything except most rap and punk. It has been said that my collection is so extensive that if you cannot finsd something you like in it, you don't like music. I do indeed own music Tuvan Throat Singers, West African Circumcision Songs, and loads of Stockhausen. I prefer world music.
