D-Vinyl has had a prominent impact on the drag king scene within Australia for the last 7 years. Taking Sydney by storm in 2000 to introduce Sydney to DKSY (DragkingsSydney) at ARQ Nightclub with co-founder DJ Kate Monroe, the first national hottest drag king competition took place and saw many new and wonderful drag kings come forward to make their mark within our community.
Over the years D-Vinyl has performed at the likes of Sydney’s Mardi Gras, Fairday, The Newtown Hotel, Red Raw (Melbourne), Winter daze (Melbourne), Arq Nightclub, Dirty Donkey, Kinky Kingdom, King’s Ball, in Amsterdam, has M.C'd for a burlesque night and took the stage for the final production show at this year's Sleaze Ball.
D-Vinyl is a sexy and stylin’ drag king who loves to move to the sounds of funk, rock, pop, hip hop ... whatever sounds hot enough to lose himself in.
