About Me

When I was around 7 years old I remember my parents taking me to the Baton music store in University City (here in St. Louis). That was my first experience in acquiring a guitar. Last year I bought a dark purple Ibanez electro-acoustic guitar! It's great. I love music of many genres. I primarily like jazz, but I like many genres: R&B, Soul, Rock, Neo-soul, Salsa, Samba, etc.I started studying Spanish in 1980 (my freshman year in high school). That was the start of 10 straight years of studying the Spanish language and culture in high school and college. In 1988 I attended 2 1/2 months of 3 classes in summer school in Madrid Spain. The name of the School was Chaminade Colegio Mayor.I also like to play and study chess. I have been out of tournaments since 1999. Maybe I'll get back into them one day.I like to work out also. I lift weights, I inline speedskate and I do sit ups on the Core Secrets Ball.I also like to read. To see my Books blog on Amazon.com, first hilight "books", find the book, "Power Mates" by Bruce Pandolfini, find my review under dellforce then click on "see more about me" and you'll see all my reviews...
