"Melanie Gruben is a talented young songwriter who has developed a sound all her own. Her performances are a perfect blend of folk, indie, and celtic, with melifluous melodies and soulful vocals. She has spent the past four years honing her craft and building a loyal following across the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, playing such esteemed venues as Sons of Hermann Hall and Club DaDa.Melanie's repertoire has a strong taste of the British Isles, including songs like Star of the County Down, and original songs written in the Celtic style.
