The TahitiPetey XBoard is the world's first production line personal watercraft(PWC) of its kind. Faster, lighter, and quieter than most personal watercraft, the XBoard can travel in excess of 50 MPH across the water for the extreme sports enthusiast, yet go slow enough to appeal to almost any age or type of rider. They are easy to learn how to ride and use, and will be available in two primary models, the WaveMaker and the Professional series. We will also offer a number of limited edition and celebrity series XBoards in the future. My Interests

**The TahitiPetey XBoarder Magazine** . In an effort to keep its riders and rental agents up to date, the Company will publish a full color monthly magazine beginning in September 2006 that will become the authority on the XBoard sport. The magazine will be advertiser supported and distributed for free throughout retail locations worldwide and available online. Mailed copies will cost 12.00 per year. Music:

**The XBoard Championship Tour** . The Company has developed a unique and exciting new championship competition series we refer to as the XBoard PRO Tour. Preliminary plans call for the Tour to conduct eight to twelve regional competitions beginning in March 2007, where XBoard riders worldwide will have the opportunity to compete for prize money, in the XBoard World Championships to be held each September or October. The Tour will feature both men's and women's 18 to 26, and 27 and over classes, with the first and second place winners in each regional event going to the World Championship event.

Rental operators will also be able to sell branded merchandise and other products.
