The Promoter of the Boosie concert is now sitting in jail. Studio 231 does not take kindly to anyone trying to scam the club or our customers. This person had done a couple of other events at the club that went as planned so he was allowed to come back with another event. This time he attempted to scam the club and concert goers. He is now in jail (can't say that enough). Notice is being served to all Promoters, if you do not deliver what you promise you will be prosecuted. While this program was not sponsored by Studio 231 but was a privately organized event we apologize for what happened. You are our neighbors and friends and we are doing all we can to make things right. Any person who was at the club on Friday, August 31st and has their ticket stub please leave your name and phone number in a message to us so we can do everything possible straighten to out this mess.
