The CricketSoda Myspace Editor! I grew up in Rappahannock County, snuggled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. I played alto sax, drums, piano, and guitar growing up, and really anything that made noise, after my parents bought my two brothers and I enough musical equipment to start a friggin band. I fell in love with the blues at the end of high school and headed to college, where really blew my mind open musically studying the Histories of Jazz, Western Classical, and American Popular Music. Of course I also stumbled upon the Grateful Dead and Pink Floyd...oh yeah....Phish. That sent me spinning off into another direction of study:-) For the years since then, I've maintained a pretty solid schedule of Live performance and recording, sometimes just for the love of the game, from everything from folk to hip hop. I've met a lot of people that've moved me and taught more than a thing or two about life's tune and how to craft it.
