About Me

TheWayStation is a wave always changing. In songs described as "Moody" ,"Jammy","Primal","Psychedelic","Art Rock","World Poetry" and "A little weird??" all members sing, all members play guitar and bass, all members drum and all members experiment...unbridled.
There are no limits to art.
There are no limits to music.
The WayStation "scene" is for everyone. They play all ages, charity, festival and club gigs. These four best friends refuse to sacrifice their integrity. The moment will have to meet them half-way
Whether a listener is into a particular song (color) of a show (spectrum), they can't help but to open themselves to the possibilities this band creates together in the moment. The band also evokes a feel back to classic rock: Think The Doors to Radiohead, Pink Floyd to Tool, with every member changing positions as the song demands.
The band rages in songs like "Bent Pencil", wax philosophical in songs like "The Way of the World" and back of and just relax in the aptly titled "Takin' it Easy". Despite using various back-drops, stage props and costumes for theatrics, the music comes through clean. The music (message) is to be unique: to be yourself.
The WayStation's mission is to bring truth and beauty back to musical performance, for people who appreciate the artistic and changing values(hues) of celebrating life..... love.....harmony.....
