Formed in June of 2007, The Mugees are an Alterntive Rock band hailing from Manhattan, New York. Often compared to the ever popular british "Coldplay" their hypnotic and dreamy sounds have gotten thousands of listeners attention. They released their first ep entitled "The Experiment Ep" released in November of 2007. The ep served it's prominent purpose and that being to introduce the mugees to the world. The original members were Craig Black, Kevin Howard, and Brandon Hammel. Since then there were changes that had taken place and a new members search has been launched. The changes however did not effect the work for the second ep. The boys went straight to work in hopes of capturing and recreating the music that has defined them. "Beautiful World" will be out August 7th 2008. With songs such as Astronomy, Poem of a Poor Man, Asia, and more. There is much anticipation in what's to come. Most of all there is an anticipation in the response of the fans to the new ep.
