26 years old, living back in Sheffield after moving over to South France didn't work out as I had hoped.
Its just a shame that it took me 10 years of studying French to realise I dont like French people...
Oh well- C'est la vie.
My main hobby is playing guitar, and I used to be in a rock n roll band, Ecanasia / Painkiller Jane, which toured and played a few lesser festivals. We had one official release -an album, RockRollDanceDestroy, which was sold in HMV amongst other places. It was a lot of fun and I have many tales to tell.
I feel a bit like the guy in Creme brulee from league of gentlemen now...
I also enjoy watching and playing football, and several years ago was co-founder/player-manager of the mighty Graves Park Rangers FC who I believe are still playing to this day in some Sheffield League.
Nowadays I play 5 a side once a week in a desperate attempt to balance out the terrible effects of my rock n roll lifestyle of chinese food, beer, fast women and quotidian footlong subways.
I often listen to songs and find they remind me of the most random tunes for no apparent reason. This strange and dubious talent lead me to creating my alter-ego, DJ Captain Crossfader, who mixed vaguely-resonant tunes spanning genres and eras to find a sound which would restore parity to his life. His second (and by far his greater) album and also his debut gig were sadly cut short by hardware problems. However, he may return one day...
