Mr. Sanguine

Mr. Sanguine (Rasmus Jarby, born 12 September 1983) a musician, poet and songwriter.
Mr. Sanguine recorded and released, completely on his own, the album Midnight Memories in 2006, under the name Rasmus Jarby. Jarby created the epic work’s 11 songs while living in simple circumstances in Harlem, New York City.
Midnight Memories was awarded the demo of the month by the Danish music magazine Gaffa, which described the genre as “symphonic post-grunge.”

Midnight Memories was produced at Sun Studio in Copenhagen by Jarby in co-operation with Christian Testmann, a sound technician at Sun Studio. Testmann also plays the guitar in Mr. Sanguine’s live band.
In 2007, Jarby initiated his next project using the name Mr. Sanguine. The new album is multi-faceted musically as well as visually.
