Photography, Thats why i picked Dafoto guy. I wasn't much into it until I was put in charge of selling cameras at work. I then got the shutterbug and began to enjoy taking pictures.
Sholem Aleichem. This is the author of the Tevye stories. The basis for the broadway musical and movie "Fiddler on the Roof". The insight of Sholem Aleichem and the way he makes Tevye someone thats easy to assoicate with is the reason I would have liked to meet him when he was alive.
A wide variety. Best group would have to be The Who. They were musical pioneers for rock and never really recieved the fame of the Beatles or The Rolling Stones. But listening to each of the albums you see they never had a "formula" to their music. Each album brings a new look at the music. Recently I've gotten into The Music Mafia. For basically the same reasons I like the Who. The Mafia don't do things in the "traditional" fashion. Gretchen Wilson is a gifted singer who is the girl next door, of course thats only if you live in the backwoods of the south. It was about time another down home female country singer came out insteads of the pretty Divas that were running the show. Cowboy Troy, dang what can you say about a 6' Black rapping cowboy except that he's a 6' Black Rapping Cowboy, who raps in mutliple langauges. Then there is Big & Rich. John Rich is a genius songwriter who can make you feel the point he's trying to make. Big Kenny is one of the most eccentric personalities alive. He brings something different to the table but it's very enjoyable. If you want to hear Kenny in his glory pick up his solo album. It was recorded before Big & Rich became known so you won't get the country influence from John Rich but the ride that Kenny takes you on is quite the trippy experience.
Favorite movie of all time is Fiddler on the Roof. If you want to get an idea of how I would love to be look no further than Tevye. I'm also a fan of the Godzilla movies, yeah I know they're monster movies but if you look closely each movie also discusses good versus evil and the problems that man has caused to the world.
Wrestling is something I've been watching for decades, and I still like it. Besides that I'm a fan of Law and Order : SVU, Las Vegas, and I'm enjoying the new series Vanished. I love the old shows from when I was growing up too. It's nice to see that they are releasing some of my favorite older shows on DVD. Seeing the classic series Ultraman is fun. I've even got my daughter hooked on the show.
No certain book here. I read all the time and my tastes change. I read main Sci fi and Fiction. Favorite author is Mick Farren, he has a unique look on the world that is creative and at times anti-establishment. He has put different spins on subjects that he has covered.
This one is simple. And folks who know me may be surprised. My Dad. yup thats my hero. He instilled in me my values and my morals. Without his influence I would not be who I am today. I still miss him so much it hurts a lot of times.
