About Me

Simple things excite me such as watching people laugh and have fun or occasionally doing something that I would usually refrain from - that most people do on a daily basis, such as drinking caffeinated coffee, having a hot dog and a soda. I have a low tolerance to stimuli, am not a big thrill seeker, do not have an addictive personality and never had a problem with drugs or alcohol.I like all things "behind-the-scenes" and prefer a reason to be somewhere other than as a member of the general public. I like to know how things are done. I love to observe people. I am not easily catagorized; am very unconventional but can be very conservative. You may think you can describe me as being one thing but I will do the opposte on occasion. I'm am misunderstood and taken the wrong way some of the time (Pisces / Aries cusp). I believe I have a lot of qualities that women (say they) like: I'm cultured, know how to coordinate myself, have excellent listening skills, don’t watch Football, don’t have to hang out with the guys, will go shopping or Barnes & Noble with you, prefer White Zin over beer, am sensitive, creative, spontaneous; can write poetry, lyrics, music and take good pictures of you. All this in one Straight, guy! And I'm not of some weird religion or upbringing. So, what’s my problem???

Writing
I am currently writing an article for OneModelPlace.com about Modeling; Where to start ("Modeling 101" is the working title). OMP is the largest model community on the web. This article will appear in their newly launched e-zine. I will announce the published article on my photographer page (see above link).
Gia Carangi
I'm working on an event I have created in order to bring together my .. "Gia friends" (fans of the late fashion model Gia. There are constant developments with this. Visit my Gia page for updates. This event will feauture an exhibit about the life of Gia and will act as an awareness event for teen drug abuse and AIDS.
Working Out
I started weight training again. This keeps my eating in check: Whey protein, egg whites, Tuna, Peanut Butter, multi-grain cereal, multi-grain bread, Yogurt, plain organic salad, raw Broccoli, occasional chicken, Creatine, and vitimin / mineral suplements. I enjoy an occasional alcoholic drink and a cigarette... just cuz I can. (And I have to have my daily sugar fix.)

I'd like to meet:

Scandal - "Goodbye To You" (Patty Smythe is one of the best rock singers of all time!)
Sam Philips - "I Need Love" (Eh - her voice sounds like the Everly Brothers but I like this song.)
Madonna - "Like A Prayer" (My favorate video of all time. It's Art, people - get over it.)
Pajama Party - "Yo No Se" (The best of times right here.)
EXPOSE - "Let Me Be The One" (MAKEUP!)
Taylor Dayne - "Tell It To My Heart" (What a great voice!)
Lil Suzy - "When I fall in Love" (When I was a DJ, I put 11 year old Lil Suzy onstage before she had a record deal. A couple years later, she had the hit song "Take Me in your Arms". Wow! Did she grow up to be a beautiful, voluptous woman! )
Steeleye Span - "All Around My Hat" (Love this band!)
Renaissance - "Winter Tree" (I've always worshiped the ground Annie walks on.)
Poe - "Hello" (I never understood why Poe was so... under rated or why she's not more famous.)
Sixpence None The Richer - "Kiss Me" (She has a very innocent quality.)
Lulu "To Sir With Love" (Perfect match of vocals and song. What a great singer.)
Tracy Ullman - "They Don't Know" (Sounds like something the Bangles might do.)
Carpenters - "Close to You" (Very special.)
Linda Scott - "(I've Told) Every Little Star" (The real thing.)
Kay Starr - "Wheel of Fortune" (Love her voice and style.)
Toto - "Georgy Porgy" (If I were a girl, I'd be in love with Steve Lukather, who's singing this song! Luke is a musician's musician.)
Simpsons - "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" (Funny if you're old enough!)
My Sharona - FUNNY!
NOTE: Sorry, this friends space is for: 1) People I really know or correspond with.
2) People who have made an impression on me in the past.
