Movies:

dunno. lots of em. Love the Pink Panther series, Ladies' Man is the story of my life, anything with Will Ferrell is golden. New, "serious" one included. Sin City. I own all of Prince's movies; what does that tell you? Princess Bride, Six String Samurai, Triplets of Belleville, Marty, Flight of the Navigator, Wild Style, Breakin, Breakin 2, Rappin, Disorderlies, Who's The Man, Napoleon Dynamite, both Bill and Teds, all four Ninja Turtles movies, mad documentaries (Hacking Democracy is awexome, btw), Dreamgirls even though I haven't actually finished it yet, Scarface, I actually watch a lot of (animated) Disney movies thanks to my wife, who can quote The Neverending Story verbatim but is somehow too cool to watch Air Bud or ANY documentary with me. Or much of anything with subtitles.

Television:

Yeah, I watch TV. Let's see, we got Boston Legal, Weeds, Californication, Simpsons, Family Guy, Adult Swim, and not much else. I mostly watch my nerdy documentaries and whatever the munchkin is watching.

Books:

Ishmael, The Story of B, Beyond Civilization, etc. by Daniel Quinn; "Why I Am Not A Christian", "The Conquest of Happiness" and others by Bertrand Russell, "The God Delusion" by Richard Dawkins, Ken Wilber stuff (like "A Theory Of Everything" - that'll blow your mind) Natural Capitalism, In Defense of Global Capitalism, the Worldwatch Papers and Lester Brown's 'Eco-Economy', Affluenza, Replenish The Earth, Genesis & the Big Bang, Reefer Madness, Crime And Punishment in America, Shouting Fire, The End of Nature, A Sand County Almanac, Feeding Frenzy, Remote & Controlled, Ethics Without God, various other nerdy tomes. Speaking of which, for some reason no-one has yet let me hold that Freakanomics. I mean, how the rest of my family read it and ain't lemme hold it? That's my schitt right there! Ditto The Fair Tax Book. On the lighter side, I also enjoy The Good Earth (obviously), Get Fuzzy books, Boondocks books, the His Dark Materials trilogy, Khalil Gibran stuff, Paramahansa Yogananda stuff, Dan Millman's Peaceful Warrior series, Carlos Castaneda's ouevre, The Hitchhiker books, Christopher Moore, a lil Kurt Vonnegut, some George Carlin, you know...things that make ya say hmmmmm... Wifey tried unsuccessfully to get me into her lame ass fantasy/sci-fi nyerd book thing, but I'm just too damn cool for that booo-schitt. Harry Potter my ass. Need to get my hairy ass some pot and make his happy ass useful!

Heroes:

PRINCE of course, Salvador Dali, Cee-lo, Dre-Tre-K, El-Producto, Matthew Snider, Mingus, Bertrand Russell, Eris goddess of confusion, Amory Lovins, Uncle Rico, Strong Bad, Neil Young (now that he's atoned for that "Let's Roll" debacle), Jack Black (I mean I AM his stunt double), B,
