Spanna attended Rusea's High school in lucea Hanover and now living in miami florida. Neon Starr is a very emotional and shy person but when it's time for her to performe and singj to her fans she put her heart, mind and soul into her performance. Music is her first love she is very good at what she does, Starr is also know for her crazyyyy Hair Style, she spend long hour in the studio getting her tracks togather. Spanna's honest storytelling connects with any riddim from one drop to hiphop to hardcore dancehall. Her quick wit and confidence allow her to hold her own against any male deejay without being too edgy. A longtime soundsystem favorite, Spanna has been heating up live dancehall shows for years. She broke through at radio in 2005 with the catchy one-drop gem ? I Love I Hate You?. She is currently working on her debut album for Eight76 Records.
