The Gloom is the sadcore/goth/rock solo project of Toronto musician/artist Emma-O. Originally founded with bass player Edgar LeBel of The Futz, The Gloom is an exploration of the darker side of Emma-O.
The songs posted were recorded in November 2004 by Emma-O on her Tascam PortaStudio 07 4-track, and were released as The Gloom's official 4-song demo. Emma-O is currently working on new material for an upcoming full-length album for The Gloom.
The Gloom is a recording project. There are no plans for live shows. This may change if Emma-O decides to find band members for The Gloom.
