About Me

Hey
We Are "WHL." Our myspace keeps getting deleted. We hope this one doesnt We also dont know why it keeps getting deleted WHL isnt our real name, but if we had our real name, it would probly get deleted again, so were gonna say its WHL most of you already know what it is anyway so it shouldnt be a problem so heres the story.
We formed in late 2004, around christmas time. At the time we were called Crossout Tomorrow (xot). We wrote songs and had a good run. Our singer of XOT decided to call it quits in the summer of '05, after our 3rd show. We were pretty bummed but we decided to keep trying and keep making music. For a while it was just a 3 peice consisting of bj, jer, and chris. But in the late summer 2005 we found a new singer, nate. We wrote songs and played our first show as WHL in September. We played more shows and recorded a demo in October 05. In November 2005 we recruited Dowd as 2nd guitarist. Ever sence then we have been writing songs and performing all the time. We recorded our single "A Kick to the Face" in January.
After a couple more shows and good times we decided it would be time to put out an ep. In july of '06 we started recording at JL studios it took us a while but out EP was released in August. We then recorded another single in Novemeber and we hope to release another demo or maybe even a full lenght album in 2007.
Our music ranges from different topics. We have out political songs like most punk bands and they are shown in songs such as Agreements, Kick to the Face, and Its too bad. Some topics on typical life in modern day society are shown in Our struggle, and 5 year filligree. And some songs about miscellaneous topics are shown in so tell me..., Under my own Influence and Hold that thought!. Our music differs from old school hardcore to modern day punk and pop punk. We like to create alot of energy at our shows and have a great time playing with our friends. Weather the crowd has 3 people or 300 people you can expect the same amount of energy is put into our performances. Check out some of our songs or add us and get to know us. Were really cool people. I swear.
