Besides my family, my passion is bellydance. I started Egyptian Dance classes 7yrs ago initially we focused our technique on the Egyptian beledi style- however in more recent years we have broken out of the box and are experimenting with other middle eastern styles too. My personal/individual dance practices include alot of Tribal fusion style moves and ideas. I am totally obsessed...?...addicted..?...for want of a better word...LOVE....just love...everything about it!!! I dance with a fantastic troupe of ladies... 'Mirage'...the U.K's 'most Easterly' bellydance troupe =D Mirage will be at the Eastern Haze Fesival again this year (workshop & demonstration- Holistic area). We perform regularly in charity variety shows accross the region. If you have an event that needs some sparkle we would be happy to consider it - carnivals, weddings,fetes,haflas/parties, restaurants,clubs - NO stag/batchelor/men-only parties!! As well our traditional dancing and wonderful costumes, we are experienced in using a number of props- including Cane/Stick, Veil, wings of Isis, Sword and ,Paulines speciality...Shamadan/candelabra.
