Originally named Central High School, the name was changed after one year to honor the South River which runs just a few miles North. SRHS shares its campus with Central Elem, Central Middle, Central Special, and Center for Applied Tech South (CATS).
Located in Edgewater, MD, South River serves students from Mayo, Edgewater, Riva, Davidsonville, Crofton and Gambrills. South River has received the Blue Ribbon School of Excellence award, and has outstanding test scores in Anne Arundel County, MD & the US!
This Myspace page has been set up as a forum for students, alumni, and teachers of SRHS. To be a friend you must either attend(ed) or teach (taught) at South River.
