The members of Guns N' Robots came to Earth millennia ago, after the resources on their home world were run dry by centuries of hedonism and over-indulgence. Unable to find a viable source of power on Earth, and having exhausted all their remaining power getting here, Guns N' Robots were forced into a dormant state, living out hundreds of thousands of years under layers of ice and rock somewhere in the Antarctic continent.
For eons they slept, until sometime in the 20th century they were awakened by the arrival of a new source of power. They immediately travelled to the source and began to harness it for themselves. It was the power of ROCK!
Now fueled by the sacred and mysterious musical genre known as Rock, Guns N' Robots must continue to rock out in order to sustain themselves. Using their superior robot minds, they are able to rock out up to 57.3% more than the average human.
Guns N' Robots is the form that is taken when all of the individual robot members of the band form together, allowing them to achieve a rock power level that has previously been unattainable by inferior bands who lack the ability to join together.
Soon after awakening, Guns N' Robots realised that in order to fully destroy humanity a proper understanding of humanity must first be obtained. Guns N' Robots captured a young human who had showed musical promise on the guitar and assimilated him into their ranks, absorbing his knowledge on human society and culture. Now gifted with robotic powers, he is half-man, half-machine and all shred, bringing Guns N' Robots ever closer to their goal of world domination.
Since Guns N' Robots have existed long before the planet was even formed, they were made well in advance of the invention of singing, and as such do not have any vocalisation parameters built into thier programming. Due to this, Guns N' Robots are unable to sing until someone releases a firmware update.
Guns N' Robots are still yet to launch the full power of their sonic onslaught onto the general population of Earth, but be assured that when they do, heads will implode and lesser humans (women, children and homeless people) will die. Be prepared.
The long awaited Guns N' Robots debut album Cyborg Democracy is rumoured to be slated for a release sometime next year. The band released an official statement, claiming that "...if we supplied an accurate release date for the LP it would detract from the sledgehammer of pure awesome that will be delivered to the collective faces of the fans. You don't know when it's coming for you, you just know that it's coming, and that if you're really old you'll probably crap your pants. We suggest rushing to your nearest supermarket and purchasing as many long life food products as possible, because the fallout from the release will be long and terrible. And that is the story behind Robot Christmas..."
This statement further confused fans as they thought Robot Christmas had something to do with religion.
