Cool SlideshowsI am one of New Edition's most dedicated fans. I just wanted to do something to let people know..... before Jagged Edge, Boyz II Men, or any of these so called Boy Bands, there was New Edition. What other group have you known that started with five members, one left, they continued with four members for one album, picked up another member, then did a album with all six members. They continue almost 25 years later doing the damn thing, while all of their members have had successful careers outside of the group.
New Edition music had gotten me through some really tough times. When ever I feel down or upset, there is always a NE song to make me feel better. Their concerts are like therapy. Just a few months ago in NYC they had me feeling like a teenager again. Yelling, screaming, and jumping up and down, singing along, and remembering the dance steps from the video's. There is no other feeling like it.
