Provinsfilm is a networkbased production community and is situated in Aarhus, Denmark. We mainly produce info-mercials, documentaries, short fiction and novella films. However our true goal lies in producing good fiction. Most of our fictionbased productions are no-to-low budget. We believe that a million dollar budget is not necessary in order to produce good fiction - although it occasionally helps.Our productions often reflect a different angle of thought since we believe in exceeding our audiences and customers anticipation. Basically we aim to present audiovisual solutions that surprise and invite people to move beyond the familiar.Our recent project is a novella film called Provins that deals with the drug scene between two major Danish citites: Aalborg and Aarhus. On a different level Provins is a dark and sarcastically loaded film that explores the lesser known features of human dialogue.
