RIDE OR GET RODE ON!!!!!Coming from a poor family and living in harsh conditions, hydroholic, known to his friends as Bj, has seen the worst of the worst coming up. From having to hustle just to eat and having the stress of not knowing where he would lay his head some nights, hydroholic learned early that material objects mean nothing compared the the love and respect he would need just to get by. With both of his parents having a limited education it was just as hard for them to get by. Seeing this made him want to change it. But he took the wrong route about doing this. Growing up in a bad neighborhood, hydroholic was exposed to hustling , auto theft , gun sells , even murder. at age 8 he lost his 1st friend and realized that we all die one day. After that he had the mentality that he too would die and that he had to get what he needed as soon as possible. BY 7th grade he was hustlin weed and lost another friend to a stray gun shot. This made him fall into a state of depression way worse than he had already lived at such an early age. In the time that he lived in Roanoke , V.A. , Noketown as he calls it. He had to move some 13 times and was homeless about 5 of those times. From sleeping in cars to sleeping in parks and even the local woods, Hydroholic quickly learned how to adapt to any situation. Through all this he managed to keep hustling and never fell off. He relied on that money to eat and stay clean, never just to get high free. Even though he enjoyed the weed, he never just wanted to get high for fun. It was his way of escaping the pain of his life. By high school he was so wraped up in the streets, he was loosing touch with his inner self. Loosing so much that he loved his heart started to turn cold. Knowing he wasnt the person he became he gave his life to god and started freestyling about his pain and struggle. But he didnt stop hustlin due to the fact that he was still poor. Maybee this is why god didnt seem to help. He felt as if god had turned his back on him. But at the same time he understood why. God will not help no one that doesnt want to help himself. So with this understanding he slowed down and started working. By this time everything was still as bad as before. By the grace of god he met a girl that changed his life. This was probably the best thing that had happened to him in his years of pain. She showed him that life is more than pain and struggle. That life was love and joy if you would look past the pain. With this support he knew he could do what he needed to do for his family and his love. For 3 years he worked hard to get his money legally. But again he fell into a state of depression he couldnt escape. Even knowing he was o.k. financialy, he knew his family was still struggling. Hydroholic just couldnt take it, so he resorted back to the hustling. Also eating pills and smoking too much to try and escape the pain. Doing this he lost what he had loved the most, the girl who showed him how to live life right. After loosing his grandmother and his girl he went a lil crazy. He stayed home and did nothing for months. But in this time he began to understand his calling. The music was eating at his heart. So he started writing and went back to work and hustling to get equipment to record and dj. Before too long with no support and on his own he finally got his movement going. But still his family was struggling. So with this he had to still focus on the next meal and the light bill. Not having the time to pursue his music career he left it alone. Just doing shows and mixtapes locally he never had an outlet to be seen or heared like he wanted. Feeling like he couldnt make it he gave up. But as soon as he did it came back and bit him. Now he is taking the steps to better himself and his family.He left his home and moved to a small town, Alliance, NE. He had to get away from the negativity that he was exposed to in the city. Now being away from the stress and pressure of the city, he has been able to grasp what he had once lost. He is more focused and motivated to make it in the music business. In the mean time he is promoting for some of his favorite rappers and companies and puting out mixtapes. But most of all he is following his calling. Being a white boy in the music business is like saying you gonna win the lottery. It just dont seem like it could happen. But with the C.W.B. movement this could finally happen. Thanks to artists like Haystak, Dutch, Stump, Jellyroll , Struggle, Lexx, Fate-al , and J-James the stik up kidd, doors are being kicked in like never before by other white boys, not metioning no names. With the support of his friends and family and by the grace of god hydroholic may see his dreams come true sooner than those hataz think. With starting his company "Theraputik Muzik" he is one step closer. You may think this is impossible, but people with his kind of background, and surviving it, they can do anything they put their mind to. So with this understanding, you better watch out for the boy. Hes coming stronger than ever and more focused than he has ever been. Theraputik Muzik is in full effect and with more support than ever.Hydroholic may see his calling arive sooner than you think. He would like to thank every one who sit by him when he was broke as hell and had nothing.
