Die Band um ihren charismatischen Sänger Bobby Ballasch, der dem jungen Mick Jagger nicht nur unglaublich ähnlich sieht, sondern auch so klingt, begeisterte bereits auf unzähligen Festivals und Clubs in ganz Deutschland.
Dort spielten sie zusammen mit Rockgrößen wie The Sweet, Slade, Manfred Mann und der Spencer Davis Group, um nur einige zu nennen.
Im September 1999 wurde Voodoo Lounge für Aufnahmen zum Soundtrack des Films "Sonnenallee" engagiert, zu dem sie zwei Songs einspielten. Und für den mehrmaligen Deutschen Meister im American Football, den "Braunschweig Lions" komponierten sie einen eigenen Song, der sich mehrere tausendmal verkaufte.
Nicht selten wird die Band wegen ihrer Frische, musikalischen Kompetenz und Nähe zu den Fans von der Presse als "Europas beste Rolling Stones Show" bezeichnet. ------------------------------------------------------------

A top-class Rolling Stones show !
The band with its charismatic singer Bobby Ballasch who not only resembles
the young Mick Jagger visually, but, on top of it, even sounds like him,
enthralled audiences at countless festivals and clubs all over Germany and
the neighbouring countries. It is not uncommon that the press refers to this
band as "Europes best Rolling Stones Show" due to its liveliness, musical
competence and its closeness to their fans.
It can be noticed that the band members set to work with lots of love and
their entire heart. Their set is a well-balanced mix: In addition to the
best-known Rolling Stones hits, some rare pearls appear in the show as well.
Sophisticated show elements and perfected arrangements plus a good deal of
spontaneity and coolness make every show an unforgettable event.
